I completed the draft of my letter for the editing client, but now I’m taking a bit of a me-break: I’m at a writers’ retreat for 4 days. For this, I’ve decided to review an old project and maybe get it back into circulation.

Erika, a London detective, works with and against her police colleagues to uncover the killer of a beautiful socialite. I loved the police procedural elements and the convoluted clues uncovered to solve this mystery!
Finished the short story and submitted it. Started my next edit–read the manuscript.

This book traces the discovery of the Ebola virus and its subsequent spread and containment. A fascinating read.
